How these terms apply
These terms govern use of FixCalm and purchases from this independent online retailer. Review product details and the total before ordering. We offer Standard delivery to addresses in Australia where checkout accepts the address. Standard shipping costs AUD 0.00 with no minimum order. The current delivery zone covers ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA. We do not offer shipping outside Australia under this policy. No fixed processing, dispatch, transit or total delivery period is promised without a confirmed service estimate. We will provide available tracking after dispatch. Business-day estimates, if supplied for an order, exclude weekends and relevant Australian public holidays; origin and carrier disruptions may also affect timing. Eligible returns follow our Refund Policy. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights.
Using this hardware storefront
Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, introduce malicious software, scrape personal information or infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for authorized use of your account and keeping credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Purchases must be made by someone legally able to enter the transaction or with appropriate authorization.

Prices, checkout and acceptance
Prices are in AUD and the final item, tax and shipping amounts are shown before submission. An order acknowledgment records receipt and is not a promise that an unavailable or invalid order will be fulfilled. We may contact you about availability, payment verification or a material listing error and explain your options before proceeding. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled, any collected payment will be promptly refunded as applicable. We do not impose retroactive price increases on accepted orders without your agreement. Delivery and post-order help

If we cannot ship on time we notify you and offer acceptance of a revised date or cancellation with prompt refund. Contact us promptly to change or cancel an unshipped order; changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Site content and third-party rights
Store text, branding and site design are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal shopping; copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Third-party names, marks and product materials belong to their respective owners. We are an independent retailer and do not claim third-party endorsement or manufacturer status unless expressly supported on a listing. Information you send must not infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful material; no transfer of your legal rights is implied beyond permission reasonably necessary to handle your request.
Connected services
Shopify hosts the store and payment, delivery and map providers provide separate services. External links may have their own terms and privacy policies. We remain responsible for our own retail commitments and do not use third-party involvement to eliminate your statutory remedies. Privacy Policy describes data handling.
Service availability and protected rights
The site can experience errors or outages; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability limitations apply only where lawful and reasonable and do not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, liability that cannot be limited, or non-waivable rights for defective or misdescribed goods. No broad disclaimer here overrides an express product promise or a remedy required by law. We do not require mandatory arbitration or a fabricated exclusive jurisdiction in these terms.
Applicable law, updates and contact
Australian Consumer Law and any other mandatory law applicable to the transaction continue to protect you; nothing in these terms excludes those rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply as lawful. Updates are dated and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order. Contact us to raise a dispute so we can review the order and proposed resolution.
